Based on the 2018 Parks and Recreation Master Plan, the Plan will set the direction for park land, beaches, amenities, swimming and water activities, and infrastructure spanning from Peach Orchard Beach Park boat launch to the south end of Rotary Beach Park and everything in between plus “Horse Beach”. Summerland’s waterfront is a highly valuable part of the community’s quality of life, culture, and identity.
